1. By subscribing to the newsletter on the website my.oodo.pl or oodo.pl, you freely give consent to receive to your e-mail address provided in the form:
  • informations and news about data protection,
  • informations about new things on the websites oodo.pl, my.oodo.pl,
  • informations directly or indirectly promoting the the oodo.pl, my.oodo.pl marks and portal,
  • marketing information.
  • 2. Providing an email is voluntary but necessary to receive the newsletter.
    3. The provided e-mail will be processed for the purposes of sending the newsletter (legal basis - Article 6.1.b of the GDPR) and the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
